My history
Kelly Mesaris is a seasoned home services entrepreneur and operations expert. She began her career by owning and operating a successful HVAC company, where she mastered the challenges of running and scaling a trades business. Her operational excellence led her to become Vice President of Special Operations at LB Capital, where she worked with roofing and home service companies to streamline systems, drive revenue, and prepare for private equity-backed exits. Today, Kelly is the founder of Nail It Scale It™, a coaching company dedicated to helping home service business owners get out of the day-to-day and build businesses that work for them—not because of them.
